A workshop for the training of the inmates specially the younger generation as Welders, Fitters, Electricians, Carpenters, Sheet Metal Workers, Scooter Repairers etc., is being imparted. We have plans to make this training a formal course on the lines of Industrial Technical Institutes and get the same recognized by the Government so that after their successful training the trainees can obtain Jobs/set-up their own small units on a self employment basis.
